One time settlement was arrived at between the parties in the month of June, 2019. The petitioners were to pay balance amount within a period of six months. They have already deposited a sum of ` 5.25 Crores and the remaining amount could not be deposited due to adverse circumstances.

The only prayer made by the petitioners is that request made by them on 15.11.2019 to extend the time to make payment of the remaining amount be accepted. The prayer is innocuous.

Consequently, respondent No.1 bank is directed to take final NAROTAM DASS 2020.01.10 17:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC CHANDIGARH
