The petitioner through instant petition is seeking direction to respondents to allot paddy as per Custom Milling Policy for KMS 2023-24. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents are not allocating paddy to petitioner as per Clause 13 of Custom Milling Policy for KMS 2023-24.

Learned State counsel, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that State, as duty bound, would allot paddy in accordance with the policy and there is no question of violation of paddy on the part of State.

In the wake of statement of learned State counsel, the petition stands disposed of.

The petitioner is at liberty to seek refund if it has deposited more security than its entitlement for the paddy.
