On 01.08.2023 the following order was passed : "As per office report, respondents stand duly served. However, none has put in appearance on their behalf. The counsel earlier representing the petitioner has since expired. Let notice of the petition be issued to the petitioner, returnable 28.11.2023."

As per the office report, notice issued to the petitioner has been received back unserved with the comments that mother of the petitioner stated that the petitioner had been evicted and he does not reside at the given address.
