This is the third petition for grant of interim bail to the petitioner in FIR No.250 dated 30.08.2019 under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 302, 201, 120-B IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Kheripul, District Faridabad. The first petition for grant of regular bail being CRM-M-10539-2021 was dismissed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.04.2021 and thereafter the second petition being CRM-M-10182-2022 was dismissed vide order dated 19.05.2022 by a Co-ordinate Bench.

The present application has been filed for grant of interim bail to the petitioner to enable him to attend the wedding of his brother, which is slated to be fixed for 23.11.2023 at Faridabad. 5.

Status-report has been filed by way of affidavit of Rajeev Kumar, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Central, Faridabad. The factum of the marriage has been verified. The Baraat is to leave from Gram Khera, Tehsil Sardana, District Meerut (U.P.) on 23.11.2023 and is to reach the venue which is at Faridabad.

Keeping in view the humanitarian angle, the petitioner is directed to be taken in custody to attend the wedding of his brother at the venue at Faridabad from 5.00 P.M. on 23.11.2023 till 11.00 P.M. under strict security.

The petition is accordingly disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
