CRM-M-60732-2022 The prayer in the present petition is for quashing of impugned order dated 19.03.2020 (Annexure P-4) whereby the petitioner was declared a proclaimed person in NACT case No.730 dated 02.07.2018 (Annexure P.1).
On 23.12.2022, the following order was passed :- "Notice of motion.
Mr. Navneet Singh, DAG, Punjab who is present in the Court accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.

Counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply a complete copy of paper-book to counsel opposite, during the course of the day.
List again on 10.04.2023.
In the meantime, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of 15 days from today and on doing so, the trial Court shall release her on interim bail, subject to her furnishing bail/surety bonds to its satisfaction. To be heard along with CRM-M-26810-2021."
In deference to the aforementioned order, the petitioner has surrendered and has since been admitted to bail. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
Disposed of.
The trial Court is directed to proceed with the main case in accordance with law.
