The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 0129 dated 03.08.2019 under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Sadar, Kapurthala (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).

At the outset, without adverting to the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn at this stage, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
