Present petitions have been filed by the petitioners, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.32, dated 26.02.2025, under Sections 109, 191(3), 190, 61(2), 194(2) of BNS and section 25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Moti Nagar Police Commissionerate, District Ludhiana.

Since recording of evidence before the trial Court has not yet commenced, plea for grant of regular bail to the petitioners cannot be entertained, at this stage.
