(ORAL) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner as Extension Lecturer in Government College, Narnaul, where he was working prior to registration of the case, FIR no.35 dated 05.04.2023, as he has now been acquitted of all the charges vide judgment dated 30.09.2024, Annexure P-3, by the Additional Sessions Judge, Narnaul.

Learned State counsel has received instructions from the third respondent vide memo dated 31.10.2025, which is retained on the case file as Annexure 'A'. It is to the following effect:

That as the Inquiry against the petitioner could not be concluded and the petitioner never approached the respondent college for his re-joining, it would be appropriate that the petitioner submit a representation to the college and the same will be decided preferably within two months. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the third respondent/Principal, Government College, within two weeks from today, which will be decided by him as per the undertaking given.
