**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to take immediate and effective steps to arrest the accused in FIR No.100 dated 03.08.2018, registered under Sections 420, 406 and 120B IPC, at Police Station Bassi Pathana, District Fatehgarh Sahib. Short reply by way of an affidavit dated 25.10.2021 of the DSP, Circle Bassi Pathana, District Fatehgarh Sahib, filed on behalf of the respondent-State, in the Registry is taken on record. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that an untraced report has already been filed in the present case and the same has also been accepted by the learned Court below.

Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
