**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 77 dated 15.10.2019, registered under Section 379 IPC and Section 21 of Mining Act, 1952, Police Station Verowal, District Tarn Taran.

Vide order dated 06.12.2019 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation.

In compliance to the order dated 6.12.2019, short affidavit of Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran has been filed which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 6.12.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
