The present Civil Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 30.05.2025 (Annexure P-16) passed by respondent No.1, whereby the revision petition filed by petitioners No.1 and 2 was dismissed, and the orders dated 16.07.2025 (Annexure P-12) and 15.05.2023 (Annexure P-10) were upheld. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that certain more documents are required to be placed on record in support of the pleadings in the writ petition and therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present civil writ petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as SHUBHAM 2025.09.24 12:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/order -1-
