***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to release the petitioner on agriculture parole for harvesting the wheat crop for six weeks. According to the counsel, petitioner has availed parole twice earlier and never misused the concession. Besides, the District Magistrate, Gurugram recommended grant of parole to the petitioner.

Learned State counsel submits that respondent No.3Commissioner, Gurugram Division, Gurugram vide order dated 10.11.2019, Annexure R-2/T has rejected the parole only on the ground that the petitioner did not own any land on his name as same is in the name of his mother. It needs to be considered whether petitioner is required for harvesting the land, in question, as it is admitted that he availed the parole earlier on two occasions.
