NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.109 dated 26.08.2022 under Section 379 IPC and Section 21(3) of the Mines and Minerals (Regulation of Development) Act, 1957, registered at Police Station Kulgari, District Ferozepur.
On 23.12.2022, following order was passed: - "This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.109 dated 26.08.2022 under Section 379 IPC and Section 21(3) of the Mines and Minerals (Regulation of Development) Act, 1957, registered at Police Station Kulgari, District Ferozepur. In para 17 of the petition it has been submitted by the petitioner that he is not involved in any other case. However, learned State counsel submits that petitioner is involved in five more cases, details of which is as under: - RAVINDER SINGH 2023.01.06 18:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
