This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing necessary directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner as well as to take action against respondent Nos.2 and 3 for threatening the petitioner.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI-Gurdeep Singh, states that initially the complaint was filed before Police Station Mehrangarh, District SBS Nagar. Thereafter, the petitioner stated that she wants to pursue the complaint before the Women Cell. Subsequently, the PARKASH CHAND 2023.11.21 14:00 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

2023:PHHC:147405 CRWP-11192-2023 -2matter has been marked to the Women Cell, SBS Nagar and notice under Section 41A CrPC has been sent to the accused. The learned State counsel states that the matter is now being looked into by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Women Cell, SBS Nagar.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
