Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 528 of the BNSS for seeking transfer of investigation in FIR No. 0021 dated 11.03.2025 under Sections 125(a), 125(b), 324(4), 351 (2), 61(2), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station City Banga, District SBS Nagar to some other police station so as to conclude the proceedings in a fair and transparent manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner moved a complaint on which an FIR has been registered but no action has been taken by the authority. The complainant also moved a representation on 08.08.2025 but on that also no action has been taken.     writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to take a decision on the representation submitted on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Learned State counsel, who appears on advance notice, submits that if the petitioner is aggrieved that no action has been taken on the representation moved by her, she has a remedy available to approach the Illaqa Magistrate and seek a status report.

Accordingly, at this stage, without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to take a decision on the representation submitted on behalf of the petitioner in accordance with law.
