Learned State counsel submits that State has filed LPA No. 85 of 2020 against order dated 05.07.2019 passed in CWP-40661-2018 and has also placed on file copy of order dated 10.02.2020 passed therein vide which further action in this contempt petition have been stayed. As no further proceedings are to be taken in this petition, the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of this petition, if need so arises.
