The learned counsel representing the petitioner is not present. Mr.Anish Setia, Advocate, representing the respondent No.1 submits that in execution of the eviction order, the possession of the tenanted premises has already been handed over to the landlord.

In view of the aforesaid facts, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to file an application for revival if the facts stated by the learned counsel representing the respondent are not correct.

The miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
