It is submitted by learned State Counsel that as per the instructions received by him from ASI Mohinder Singh, petitioner is no longer required for any further investigation. Petitioner has already joined the investigation. As such, this petition is disposed of and the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail. He shall continue to join the investigation if and when required. He shall not persuade any person connected with the case in any manner nor shall leave the country without prior permission of the Court. Disposed of.
