***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Mr. Nitin Sachdeva, Advocate has made appearance on behalf of the respondent and filed Power of Attorney, which is taken on record. At this stage, counsel for the respondent makes a statement that the respondent shall withdraw the petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, pending before the trial Court, which is sought to be transferred, on the next date of hearing i.e. 31.01.2026. In view of the undertaking so given, by the counsel for the respondent, the counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
