(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to impugned judgment dated 15.02.2019 passed by learned District Judge (Additional Family Court), Karnal, whereby in a proceeding under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner-wife, the respondent-husband has been directed to pay total interim maintenance as Rs.15,000/-p.m. (Rs.10,000/- p.m. to the petitioner No.1-wife and Rs.5,000/-p.m. to the petitioner No.2-minor child) alongwith litigation expenses of Rs.5,500/-. The matter pertains to the year 2019. There is a delay of 204 days in filing the present revision. Notice in the application for condonation of delay was issued vide order dated 10.12.2019 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. However, the same has not been furnished till date. On the last date of hearing i.e. 15.02.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Today also, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioners or their counsel are not interested in pursuing the present revision petition. In view of the above, present revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
