JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) On 20.11.2023, the following order was passed :- "The Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.PC is for the quashing of the order dated 16.09.2023 (Annexure P-4) passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhari in FIR No.628 dated 06.08.2021 under Sections 21-B and 29 of the NDPS Act P.S. City Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar whereby the bail of the petitioner has been cancelled and warrants of arrest has been issued.

The Counsel for the petitioner contends that on account of noting down of wrong date, the petitioner was unable to appear on 16.09.2023 on which date impugned order came to be passed. He states that the petitioners are ready and willing to join the proceedings once again.

Notice of motion for 15.01.2024.

 

  In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today and subject to a deposit of Rs.25,000/- as costs with the Association for Children with Type1 Diabetes, SCO No.24 Sector 23-C, Chandigarh SBI IFSC-SBIN0003263, they shall be admitted to interim bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The petitioner is further directed to place on record the photocopy of receipt of payment as well as the order passed by the court below granting interim bail to the petitioner."

Thereafter, on 15.01.2024, the following order was passed :- "CRM-1394-2024 The application for placing on record the document (Annexure P-5) is allowed as prayed for. The aforesaid document is taken on record.

CRM-1396-2024 This is an application seeking extension of time to appear/surrender before the Trial Court. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The applicant-petitioner is granted one week's time to surrender before the Trial Court in terms of the order dated 20.11.2023. This application is disposed of accordingly.

CRM-M-58170-2023 On request, adjourned to 07.03.2024."

In pursuance to the aforementioned orders, the petitioner has been released on interim bail vide order dated 18.01.2024 passed by

 

  the Additional Sessions Judge, Yamunanagar. The copy of of the said order is Marked as 'A'.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

It is expected that the petitioner shall not absent himself from the Trial without sufficient cause. Disposed of.
