The present petition has been filed invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking directions to respondents No. 1 to 4 for registration of criminal case against respondents No. 5 to 7 for forgery. 2.

Additional affidavit of Tarsem Masih, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran has been filed and the same is taken on record. As per the same, stand of the State reads as under :- "2. That as far as the factum regarding the forgery of electronic record is concerned, it is submitted that during the course of preliminary enquiry conducted by the Station House Officer, Police Station Jhabal, District Tarn Taran, no any evidence came on record regarding the forgery of electronic SATYAWAN 2024.05.16 22:49

record and as per the contents of the video only offence under Section 500 of IPC is made out against the private respondents and keeping in-view the gravity of offence, DDR No.13 dated 16.01.2024 has been incorporated at Police Station Jhabal, District Tarn Taran, as the offence committed by the private respondents is cognizable in nature and further, the petitioner has remedy to file a complaint before the Court of law against the private respondents. It is submitted that prima facie offence under Sections 469, 470 of IPC are not made out in the present case."

In view of the stand of the State, this Court does not find that any further order is warranted.
