(Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Section 407 read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is seeking transfer of Petition i.e. COMA66/2019 dated 26.02.2019 filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005 titled as "Neeta Panwar vs. Vikrant Rajput" which is pending in the Court of JMIC, Karnal to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Gurugram.

In view of even dated order passed by this Court in CRM-M1049-2021, the present petition deserves to be dismissed and accordingly dismissed.
