Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.39 dated 25.08.2022, under Sections 22 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station, Rawalpindi, Phagwara, District Kapurthala. (2) After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions wishes to withdraw the present petition "at this stage".
