At this stage, counsel for the peoner submits that he wants to withdraw the present peon with liberty to file fresh peon. Given above, the present peon stands disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

It is clarified that there would be no necessity to re-examine the complainant and the accused, whose statements stand recorded. The copies of the statements alongwith report would suffice.
