 The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above has come up before this Court under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, for the grant of interim regular bail in the FIR captioned above to enable him to make necessary arrangements and perform Kanyadan in the marriage of his daughter, namely Sunaina, which is scheduled to be held on 27.09.2025 and 28.09.2025.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the family members of the petitioner are not able to make proper arrangements for the marriage of his daughter, moreover, some of the rituals are to be performed by the father only. Marriage is scheduled for 27.09.2025 and 28.09.2025, as such one week's interim bail be granted. Petitioner, who is facing trial cannot be deprived of his rights. He further submits that he would have no objection whatsoever to any stringent conditions that this Court may impose upon the petitioner. 3.

Counsel for the State on instructions does not dispute the contention made by counsel for the petitioner and submits that marriage is scheduled on 27.09.2025 and 28.09.2025.

In the Indian Society, role of a father is special to make arrangements of wedding, customs require presence of father on each and every step and time is required to make preparations before wedding and even after the wedding. Thus in the entirety of facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner makes out a case for interim bail from 23.09.2025 to 30.09.2025.

Given above, provided the petitioner is not required in any other case, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail in the FIR captioned above till the date and time mentioned above, subject to furnishing bonds to the satisfaction of the concerned Court and due to Renu Bala 2025.09.19 17:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document unavailability before any nearest Ilaqa Magistrate/duty Magistrate. Before accepting the

CRM-M-52153-2025 -2surety, the concerned Court must be satisfied that if the accused fails to appear, such surety can produce the accused.

This interim limited period bail is conditional, with the foundational condition that he shall not contact, threaten or made any promise to the witnesses of the case. In case of violation, in future his condutct shall be viewed seriously. 8.

Any observation made hereinabove is neither an expression of opinion on the merits of the case nor shall the trial Court advert to these comments. 9.

The petitioner shall surrender to prison from which he was released, on or before 01.10.2025 at 11.00 AM.

In Amit Rana v. State of Haryana, CRM-18469-2025 [Decided on 05.08.2025), in CRA-D-123-2020], a Division Bench of Punjab and Haryana High Court in paragraph 13, holds that "To ensure that every person in judicial custody who has been granted bail or whose sentence has been suspended gets back their liberty without any delay, it is appropriate that whenever the bail order or the orders of suspension of sentence are not immediately sent by the Registry, computer systems, or Public Prosecutor, then in such a situation, to facilitate the immediate restoration of the liberty granted by any Court, the downloaded copies of all such orders, subject to verification, must be accepted by the Court before whom the bail bonds are furnished."

Present petition stands allowed to the extent above. All pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
