(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking quashing of the complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act bearing NACT No.286 of 2020 title Nidhi Gupta v/s "Satnam Singh Annexure P-1 dated 21.07.2020 and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedies as available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
