(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 115 dated 18.12.2018, registered under Sections 324, 323, 428, 148, 149 IPC (Section 308 IPC added and Sections 325 and 428 IPC deleted later on), Police Station Mallanwala, District Ferozepur. Vide order dated 06.12.2019, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 06.12.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sudesh Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no more required for any further investigation.
