(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.118, dated 28.11.2022, registered under Sections 21(1) and 4(1) of Mines and Minerals (Regulation of Development) Act, 1957, registered at Police Station Rahon, District SBS Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner had surrendered before the Court below and has been admitted to regular bail, which fact is not disputed by learned State counsel.
