Inadvertently, in the order dated 16.03.2026 passed by this Court, presence of Mr. Saurabh Mago, DAG Haryana has been marked for respondents No.1 to 6 whereas respondents No.5 and 6 are private respondents.

Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners states that he wishes to withdraw the present writ petition qua petitioners No.2, 3, 5, 6 and 10 as they have already filed applications before respondent No.7Gram Panchayat, Teontha for regularization of the unauthorized houses constructed by them before 31st March 2004.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn qua petitioners No.2, 3, 5, 6 and 10. 5.

Qua the remaining petitioners i.e. petitioners No.1, 4, 7, 8 and 9, learned senior counsel states that he wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail his remedies as available in law. 6.

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 4 and learned counsel for respondent No.7 state that they have no objection. 7.
