*** Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners have since joined the investigation and have been released on interim bail. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from HC Jiwan Lal. He admits this fact and further states that the petitioners are not required for further investigation by the local police. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioners on 6.12.2019 is made absolute, subject to the following conditions :- (i) They shall appear in the Court on each and every date of hearing.

(ii) They shall not give any threat or intimidation to the prosecution witnesses.

(iii) They shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court.

(iv) They shall surrender their Passports before the Investigating Officer and if they are not having Passports PARVINDER SINGH 2020.02.05 15:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-51970 of 2019 then shall file the affidavits in that regard. In case the petitioners violate any term and condition on which the bail has been granted to them, the prosecution would be entitled to apply for cancellation of bail.
