(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 152, dated 01.11.2019, under Sections 323, 376, 506 of IPC and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, registered at Police Station Women Sector 5, District Panchkula. As per the report dated 20.02.2020 received from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, which is annexed as Flag-A along with the case file, the matter has been amicable resolved between the parties. Learned State counsel on instructions from Inspector Wahida Hamid, has also apprised the Court that the FIR in question has since been cancelled and thus, petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 07th December, 2019, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
