Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.51 dated 31.01.2019, registered at Police Station City Mahendergarh, under Sections 323 and 302 IPC and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
Vide order dated 09.12.2019 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioners had been directed to appear before the trial Court on the date fixed and on their doing so, they had been ordered to be released on interim bail, subject to their furnishing requisite bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Babu Lal, does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
The petitioners have been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. They are only to face the trial and not required for any interrogation purposes.
In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 09.12.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioners, is made absolute. 12.08.2021
