% &'( When this appeal was presented, an order dated 18.08.2018 was passed to the effect that let the appellants deposit the decretal amount as per the arbitration award along with interest with the Registrar Judicial of this Court by way of FDR in a nationalized bank before the next date of hearing. An application was made to recall the said order which has been rejected vide order dated 03.12.2018. The order dated 18.08.2018 has not been complied with and the appellants do not appear to be interested in complying with the said order.
