Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the main petition itself stands decided by the Family Court, Bhiwani.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
