Instant petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing of the order dated 14.05.2019 (Annexure P-3) passed by the District Magistrate, Fazilka-respondent No.3, whereby, Application/Form-A dated 29.11.2018 (Annexure P-1) for grant of parole for six weeks to the petitioner, was rejected. Counsel for the petitioner prays and is granted permission to withdraw the petition.
