**** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.,1973 seeking quashing of FIR No.125, dated 21.04.2023, under Section 304 read with Section 34 IPC,1860 and Section 7 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013 (added later on), registered at Police Station Dera Bassi, District S.A.S. Nagar (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ashok Kumar, has apprised the Court that after investigation, the petitioner was found innocent. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage.
