**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that two fold relief was sought. As regards first relief, grievance of the petitioner has been redressed as he has been promoted to the post of Chief Engineer w.e.f. 07.08.2019, though he is required to be promoted w.e.f. 01.06.2018 i.e. the date when respondent No.4 was re-employed. He seeks liberty of this Court to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy viz-a-viz second relief, by moving representation, if any, in accordance with law.
