Challenge in the present revision petitions is to the order dated 13.09.2023 passed by the Appellate Authority, Ludhiana, whereby applications filed by the respondents for payment of mesne profits have been partly allowed.

It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the main appeals have been dismissed vide orders dated 03.09.2025 and thus, the present petitions have apparently been rendered infructuous. 3.

Disposed of as such.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to revive the same in case any cause survives.
