Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that since the matter has been amicably settled, thus, he wishes to withdraw the present appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant has further submitted that since the appellant is withdrawing the present appeal, thus, the Registry be directed to refund the initial amount of 25,000/- deposited at the time of filing of the ₹ appeal.

Keeping in view the abovesaid facts and circumstances, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the present appeal. In case, any amount was deposited by the appellant at the time of filing of the appeal, the Registry is directed to refund the same to the appellant. 3.
