Petitioner seeks a direction to the official respondents to declare her as the winning candidate for the post of Sarpanch of village Kot Kachwa Khurd, Ambala and set aside the election of respondent no.8 on the ground that there has been polling of bogus votes.

Learned counsel for the petitioner when faced with the question of maintainability of this writ petition, seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy/if any, as may be available to her in accordance with law.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned.
