The petitioner, arraigned as accused in the above captioned FIR, has come up Nagar, Mohali.

before this Court under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of the FIR. 2.

Petitioner's counsel submits that even if all the allegations levelled in the FIR captioned above are taken as gospel truth, still no case is made out against the petitioner.

State's counsel submits that the investigation is at initial stage. However, in case the petitioner is found innocent, certainly the State would do justice to him, however, in case any evidence is found against him in the investigation, he shall have legal remedies to avail under the law.

At this stage, petitioner's counsel submits that the investigation be expedited and in case the petitioner is arraigned as an accused, he be given liberty to seek quashing of FIR/proceedings in accordance with law. 5.

Given above, the investigator is directed to expedite the investigation and complete the same within four months from today. Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one for quashing of FIR on the grounds taken in the present petition as well as fresh ground(s) in case the prosecution chooses to launch prosecution against him.
