***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks extension beyond the period of superannuation in view of Policy dated 30.04.2015, Annexure R-1. According to learned counsel, petitioner was charge-sheeted for absence from duty for certain period. He has now been exonerated. Thus, his case to be considered afresh.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that the matter shall be examined by the competent authority and a fresh order shall be passed within one month.

In view of the above, no further direction is necessary. Present petition is hereby disposed of.
