This petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 09.08.2019 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned District Magistrate, Hoshiarpur, rejecting the parole of the petitioner, to enable him to meet his family members.

Heard.

It is specifically mentioned in the order dated 09.08.2019 (Annexure P-2) that as per report dated 20.07.2018 sent by Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, the petitioner was released on parole but he did not surrender back in time. CRWP No.1690 of 2019 -2As the petitioner had misused the parole, therefore, we feel that no ground is made out for grant of parole to the petitioner.
