**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The case has been taken up for hearing through videoconferencing. Petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.0247 dated 12.10.2019 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC, at Police Station Civil Lines, Police Commissionerate Amritsar. Notice of motion was issued on 10.12.2019, thereafter vide order dated 13.12.2019, interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Petitioners were also directed to deposit an amount of Rs.3.50 lacs with the Illaqa Magistrate within the stipulated period.

CRM-M-52660-2019 On 30.07.2021, both the parties jointly sought time in order to see that the compromise is duly materialized between them. Today, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the compromise has been fructified and the petitioners have also joined the investigation in compliance of the order dated 13.12.2019.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Hira Singh admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation on 22.12.2019 and their presence is no more required for further investigation in the case. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 13.12.2019 is made absolute. Petitioners shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and they shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
