*** Learned State counsel has submitted that report from FSL has been received which has been submitted in the trial Court. Hearing this statement, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition but since petitioner is an aged woman of 70 years, a direction be issued to the trial Court to complete the trial expeditiously.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously by giving short adjournments refusing to grant adjournment except for justifiable reasons which be mentioned in the interim order itself.
