Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the relief of his being enlarged on regular bail, in case FIR No.16 dated 30.04.2023, under Section(s) 15/29-61-85 of the N.D.P.S. Act, registered at P.S. City Kurali, District S.A.S. Nagar.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition at this stage, however, with liberty to re-access this Court, in case there occurs inordinate delay in conclusion of the trial. 4.

Leave granted.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra).
