(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing Complaint No. CIS/1095/2018 dated 10.01.2018 (Annexure P-1) filed by respondent-Bank under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and impugned order dated 24.05.2018 (Annexure P-4) of the trial Court, whereby, petitioner was summoned to face trial.

Heard.

For repeated flouting of this Court's orders dated 21.02.2019, 08.04.2019, 11.07.2019 and 28.01.2020 and the observation of a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the order dated 01.10.2018 to the effect that "petitioner has not made out a case so as to interfere with the quashing of the complaint in question as well as summoning order", instant petition is dismissed for want of prosecution and on merits as well.
