The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.86 dated 16.05.2019 registered under Sections 376/506/34 of IPC, 1860 and Section 4 of POCSO Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Canal Colony, District Bathinda. 2.

By an order dated 23.01.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioners and directed them to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Vishnu Dass submits that the petitioners have joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 23.01.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
