The present Civil Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned seniority list of lecturer Computer Engineering circulated vide letter dated 14.08.2023, vide which earlier seniority list issued on 08.05.2015 has been revised.
